Again thanks for the reply - 
Dragging parking brake - Tires rotate freely off ground
dragging brakes - same as above
insufficient tire inflation - Checked regularly 
battery issues causing alternator to be in full charge mode - will check -
but I think the battery is good.
Oil viscosity incorrect - same as on #1
