[V8] front Inner Control Arm Bushings

I see that TRW sells a replacement front inner busing for the control arm. From Autohauz.com. I thought that the only way to refresh that component was to purchase a complete Control Arm.  

Argh, I could have saved a cool $140.  I have a press so that labor is free.

Has anyone replaced only the bushing?  What are your lessons learned?
