[V8] thermostats wich one?

Considering that on the cool end of the scale, the thermostat is pretty much
solely responsible for engine temp, I'd say that you currently have a
thermostat which is opening too soon and not allowing the engine to warm
sufficiently. Therefore a correct, oem temp, properly functioning
thermostat should correct that.
