[V8] Paper Repair Manuals

It's kinda scary when the cost of the repair manuals is closing fast on the resale value of the car needing the repairs... If I wait another 6 months I can sell all 5 manuals on eBay and throw in the car and parts in the garage for free... shipping and handling would be a bitch though ;)

Agreed! The other item I noted was that if you wanted to print out all 1800
pages at $0.10 per page it would still cost less than what I see hardcopies
selling for.

One benefit of making your own hard copies from the CD-ROM is that you can print
out related items from different parts of the manual and put them together for
reference. My prime example of this is that stuff relating to engine
troubleshooting is spread between ignition, fuel ... and I think even one other
place ... and some times it is difficult to remember what is where.

There is one other document I don't see mentioned that is available in hard copy
from Dyment for what I consider to be a reasonable price ... and that is the
wiring diagram. Since use of the wiring diagram often requires quickly jumping
from sheet to sheet I find hardcopy preferable.
