Not sure what I missed.  Is your dipstick not marked?  Mine has 2 hash
marks about 3/4 inch apart.  I believe there is 1 quart level between them.
Anywhere the ATF falls within the marks is "full".

At the risk of boring people to tears and going over old ground. Can
someone
please send me the procedure for checking the ATF level in an auto box
I do remember it being a bit of nightmare to get right..
