[V8] Coolant Guage wackyness

Mine does that on my 5spd too. I think it's related to the coolant
gauge/fuel gauge issue. I had the pegged at max coolant gauge first,
then both temp and fuel just dead. With that, there's a connection
with the seatbelt warning light circuit.
I think Steve or Ingo wrote up the repair.
