[V8] Central Locking System

Thanks everyone, I tackled the job this morning, and confirmed my
suspicions.. the Passenger side "T" that goes to the front and rear
doors was off.. Someone was in there before and tried to use duct tape
to get the replacement T to stay put. 

A little creative hose routing and the green tube and T are in the wire
loom secured with a properly fitting T and all is working well again. 

And the Connelly interior that went back in is very nice too.
