"Adaption Limit Exceeded" sounds like code 2231 Idle
speed regulation.
You eather have Maximum, or Minimum adaption limit.
Maximum will give you a low idle speed which could be
the ISV, a bad connection or the MAF map.
Or
Minimum will make your idle speed too high.
Again....ISV could be binding when open, MAF map
offset, additional air induced between the MAF & ISV.
In the later case I'd think you have a leak.
