[V8] Infamous V8 No Start

OK, I dug deeper and found the original post.

I'm not sure the ECU temp sensor will prevent the short-run flood/fowl syndrome.

Whenever I need to move a car, I drive it around the block.  I
typically won't just let them idle because I don't plan ahead far
enough and need to move it now, not in a few minutes, and with the
automatics, I am too paranoid about letting them idle after they've
been put into gear because of that whole burned up clutch pack thing.
I don't want to replace a transmission.

Ben's is a 5spd so that's not really an issue.  However, leaving a car
idling is not a great alternative anyway.  In my city, there's a law
against it.
