Ok, Autohausaz has brand spanking new rear calipers
for $170 each...no core charge. They aren't brand new
rebuilt....there brand new new!
http://www.autohausaz.com/search/product.aspx?sid=r3yqw355olgo5f45pvkvqn55&makeid=800002@Audi&modelid=1009426@V8%20QUATTRO%20&year=1990&cid=14@Brake%20%26%20Wheel%20Hub&gid=1704@Brake%20Caliper
So sounds like your slide pins are frozen....or the
piston for the caliper is rusted & won't retract when
you get off the brakes. Uneven pad weir should be a
tip off.
How are your rubber brake lines?
As far as the e-brake cables go....they could be
frozen as well....or the e-brake mechagnism is shot
inside the caliper..very common problem!
