[V8] V8 5spd on eBay

I don't think the condition of the headliner is a sign of flooding. The
liner in my car is showing similar staining, and I know it's never been
flooded. Plus, if one of these cars were flooded to the point of
incurring serious damage, I wonder how likely it is that all the
electronics could/would work after cleaning up. BUT, that said...
Red flags abound. The center console looks to have been rememoved, or
messed with... And really, WTF *is* the deal with those door panels?
Not to mention the sagging seat nets :-) And is that a Jaguar
shift knob?
Another flag is the mismatched tires, both brand and SIZE! Incorrect
sizes at that.
And the odometer is turning over weirdly -- I doubt it's been clocked,
but may have been subjected to some frazzlement. Clearly the dash cover
has been removed.
The car's been out in the sun too long too -- window tint or not, the
wood has faded! Is that common?
And not for anything, the motor mounts are shot!
Anyway, not to go picking nits -- I mean, 16 year old cars with no
issues are few and far between. And I'm jaded because I can't stand
that interior color -- especially because it scratches off (key switch
area, hand brake, seat adjusters, etc). And as good as this car looks
from 50 feet, it does seem to have some signs of a past brush with
shady-ness.
I like the track car approach!
