Try:  http://www.sportscarworld-lotus.com/  the local "spanner" guy has
had luck with them.  If the tanks are salvageable, I've had good luck
with  KBS sealer:

leaky tanks.  I think it'll even work with tanks made out of Brishitium. 
Find a Lotus list, I'm sure they've already figured out how to fabricate
new tanks from stainless "dust bins" or something.  ;-)
