[V8] Line on a '94 V8

This car has been on most of the Internet used car sites over the past six
months or so. 

Take a close look at the picture. The car is from above the rust belt, and
the body shows it. What that means to me is that EVERYthing underneath the
car will need to be replaced, assuming that the rust isn't in everywhere.

Nope.  This is a $500 parts car to me.
