[V8] RS4 Cabs will be sold in the U.S.

Ding ding ding!!! We have a winner.  Yup.  Battery location.  Did not
know it was on that OTHER site.  Was speaking to someone at VOA
Headquarters on Saturday when I got the info.  Payment made --
