There are a couple of differences, but the two cars aren't hugely different.
The V8 body is stiffer. It has additional stiffening throughout, as well as
a factory strut brace added to the top of the front struts. The V8's use a
wider track front and rear. The suspension pieces will bolt up to the 200,
but you may have some rubbing issues in the rear depending on the wheel
offset. The 200 10V uses a 3.89 final drive, so the trans ratios are
different than the V8 at 4.11. However, it will work fine, this is just
semantics.
You will have to figure out either how to incorperate the V8 radiator into
your front support, or use the V8 front clip. In the process, you get much
better headlights.
As for the wiring, it's pretty simple, really. You will also want to use the
instrument cluster form the V8, as the 200 has a 5-cyl tach.
On the plus side, a 5-speed really wakes up the V8, as the auto is geared
wrong for taking advantage of the engine around town. And, the 200 body,
although not quite as strong, is lighter. Also. your trans wieghs about
160lbs, the V8 auto is 400 or so. All in all, a very quick and fun car.
