[V8] Title Rules In Different States

Having lived in NV, I can tell you that it's the hardest state to deal with
titles so far. I've also lived in MT, WI, GA, MS, KY, and OK, so I can give
a bit of reference. I know somebody said NY is also very easy to get a title
for as well. Perhaps they make it a lot easier in the northeast due to the #
of car enthusiasts there. Or, like Steve said, cars don't last as long as
well.

My BiL is stuck with a POS '87 5kQ with a blown engine ... he has the NV
title, but the car was sold to me, not him ... even though I gave him a bill
of sale we never played the paperwork on the title. No wrecker will even
talk about taking it away until the DMV issues some sort of demolition
certificate ... and to get that requires a traceable title ...

I think that Maine is the way they are because cars don't last 20 years ...
in CA and AZ they7 very well can.
