[V8] horizontal V8s

Yes that would be the result of a short cold start /run cycle 4 sure .
Mine always did that .... Right now I have my 4.2 V8 ( 298Km ) head on
my shop bench  . The Valve seals I took out of the Head were hard and
worn out . The head job is going good. I disassembled the head yesterday
, gently lapped the valves and clean the exhaust valves up . Tonight I
will clean the head / inspect , clean again and then start to reassemble
. New Valve lifters should be here soon.

I think this was a function of the short cold start/run cycle and the
valve seals and not relative to the hill parking.
