[V8] I need a serp belt tension damper..anyone help?

The damper it's self Dave.....the hydrolic fluid has
leaked out & it's got no tension.
 When I had that pass side t-belt cover off I lubed
the spring assembley behind the cover..all is good
cept the damper has no tension.
 & I'd hate to toss a "special order" 5spd belt. But
Tim's got me covered....

...HEY, you put those amps in yet? If so how are they?
