[V8] I need a serp belt tension damper..anyone help?

This was obviously private mail, and nothing to do with the V8Q list.
 
Since you asked, I've been contributing to the V8Q list since it's
inception when Eliot formed it to get away from the volume on the Qlist. 
I've been posting to the Qlist under one e-mail or another since about
'93.  You seem to confuse posting often with contributing, not
necessarily the same thing.  As long as we're talking contributing, how
much $$$ you contributed to the lists?  I've sent in the proceeds from
hundreds of Family Albums and Manual CD's, parts sales etc. to das
listmeister, everyone buying / selling on these lists should consider
sending in a cut to help Dan with expenses.
 
Who do I think I am?  A lister who's probably not alone in wondering why
an obviously personal e-mail exchange is being posted to the entire list.
 A fairer question would be who you think you are that your personal
e-mail exchanges would be of interest to everyone subscribed to this
worldwide list.  
 
I sent a one line friendly reminder, if your only response is to resort
to personal attacks, so be it.  
 
Since it's "V8 related", I'll go ahead and post to the list.
