[V8] Clutch Choices

I'm searching for a clutch for the V8 and an A41.8T.
   
  What are the choices for aftermarket clutches capablities? 
  - More Torque?
  - Better Materials (Kevlar)?
  - Improved construction (multi puck)?
   
  Is there a vast difference in Pressure Plates?  Some companies make improvement claims, but I do not see any difference than stock.  They usually look powdercoated, which would only make worse the heat retention.
   
  What are some companies that I can look into?
