[V8] Trunk will not open

  Well I seem to batting a 1000 right now with lock problems, today I went to unlock my trunk and it seems normal but will not open. A little background is the vacum actuator has never worked so I just use the key to manually open it. I do not know if the actuator has now worked and the electrical connection will not release it or if the latch ,key has failed. Is there any way short of drilling out the lock to open the trunk I searched the archives and found no help. Thanks, George
