[V8] Sticking throttle Q

So the V8 5 speed didn't like not being driven more than ten miles in  
the last year14 months -- and I think eight of those were in early  
January 2006. Duh!  And she's not happy.  With the help of Tim  
Hollister (Thanks, Tim!), I replaced the timing and reference sensors  
with known good pieces.  Took her for a test drive and among other  
issues,she was behaving sluggishly and then when I pressed on the  
throttle Italian style she wouldn't close up.  Unplanned 7k is no  
fun!  I have the throttle body exposed now and was wondering where  
these things stick?  I've manually opened the throttle and encounter  
resistance near idle position and sticking with butterflies 2/3  
open.  Anyone with any experience with this?
