Yes --my 4.2 was fouling them like crazy soon after the install... Kinda
chalked it up to a different ECU, and it eventually went away.  I don't
recall if a new MAF or G62 cylinder head sensor or O2 sensor did the
trick -- probably some combination.

I'd remove/clean/reinstall them in order get it started.  Running the
poop out of it didn't seem to do much.  But no sign of internal damage.
