[V8] Servo VS. non-servo racks

None at all. If your car is 1990/1991 there's almost 100% chance that
it's not a servotronic rack. The servotronic controller gets a speed
input and sends a signal to a solenoid on the rack to "slow down" the
steering ratio. I've been told the 90/91 cars are wired for it, but
don't have the controllers.
It's an easy to spot item, just at the point where the rack meets the
firewall, there is a small green (usually) plastic box where the column
meets the rack. If your rack has that green box, then you have a
servotronic rack.
