[V8] Cams -- again

got one more to toss in the mix. I know you can bump the stock cams a few degrees. My question is.. to you bump just the intake cams or the t-belt pully? if just the intake cam, do i need to press off the cam gear and re-position it? Ron, I know you havr told me what to do, but it was kinda vague.
