[V8] V8 front bumper removal...for timing belt.

For me, it was 50 minutes to drain coolant, remove sensors, get car onto 
ramps, and other preparatory stuff.  It was 30 minutes to isolate and 
remove the inner two nuts, 10 minutes for the outer 4, 10 minutes for 
removal (including taping the chrome, etc.).

Hopefully will cut that time in half during reassembly.
