[V8] Hard start problem

Well I cleaned my ISV yesterday and noticed no improvement. It still needs a 
long crank and drops down to about 200 rpms and sometimes dies 
out....sometimes it goes back up, then down and up again until finally 
stablizing at about 900 rpms. Should I just replace the blasted thing or is 
it something else? Also, thanks for all your help on the rims questions, but 
someone snatched them up before I could get em. Oh well!
