[V8] Hard start problem

I had a similar problem on V8Q #2, problem was resolved by adjusting the
Throttle Position Sensor. I use the "listen for the click" and tighten
method, always worked well for me. I had gone as far as checking fuel
pressure, residual pressures and a few other things, all was normal.
Give it a try, I was actually rather surprised (read that happy) that it
solved the problem. Beware the philister (philips) screws, they are made
of Brishitium, have some 8mm bolts ready to replace them.
