[V8] Air Conditioning Q's

So the AC don't work..never did.. but I'm going to fix that. Or At least
I hope to.  The questions are about the Low/High Pressure Switches and
the Dryer. Anyone found replacement parts for them, other than Four
Seasons (who sucked up Everco and Murray)? Did I mention that it was 85
Freaking Degrees in Jersey today??.. AC oh AC wherefore art thou...

 

The Dryer FS# 33178 at Rock Auto is super cheap @20.00

The LP Switch is 36587 @ 87.79

The HP Switch is 20002 @ 113.79 (Yikes)

 

The Audi No's are:

 

Dryer                                     441 820 191A

L.P.         (R12) Switch       893 959 483 B  (on @ 35 / Off 15)

(R134)                   8A0 959 483 AA

H.P.        (R12) Switch       443 959 482 B (on @ 200 / Off 430)

(R134)                   8A0 959 482 B

 

I got a V8 (R134a) Compressor (Thanks to George Tur, and Ron W doing a
3.6/4.2 Swap ..thanks guys) and will re- O-Ring the entire system,
replace the orifice tube with a severe duty unit and  flush with solvent
to get all the "old" stuff or whatever is left out, and the dryer (no
flush there) of course.. but I want to have on hand new switches
(assuming they won't break the bank, and the advice of the list) in case
they need to be replaced as well. Oh and I get to do this twice.. the
Pearl V8 has no AC either ;-(

 

I hate to say this but aren't these parts generic "GM" stuff?
