[V8] V8 Prices (Current and Future)

I did a search on e-bay and see that an individual in Sugar Grove Illinois has a "Buy-it-Now" price of $2750.

As anyone looked at the years 89 to 94 and put together a projection of prices for say, the next 5-10 years?

I'm thninking our cars will not have much more than a bottom price of $2000 after 10 years.  I'm wondering when, If Ever, will the price of the V8 ever start raising.  

What are your thoughts?

My '90 & '91are worth more than that to me!  I have a lot of sweat equity.
