It sounds like the torque converter clutch solenoid (inside the transmission pan) is failing. Before you panic, check the transmission fluid level (when fully warmed up), these transmissions are known to have this issue when the transmission fluid level is low.

So, I start my car today morning put it on drive and pull to the first stop sign
in my development. While I'm sitting there He dies. My car just shut off, I
start it again drive to the next stop sign and He dies again. I drove to the
post office and after that everything was fine. I parked it for several hours
and when I started it, the same thing happened. He only dies when he's cold,
once it warms up it's ok. Oh yes, He does not die while in park. only on D. Any
thoughts?
Thank You Very MUch
Tomas
