Yes.  Ed, as Lanier had mentioned and I have before, if the shift
lever at park doesn't "pop up" then you may need to jiggle or lift it
up.  That's what triggers the ignition lock release.

The auxiliary trans cooler is indeed standard.  This is where the
horns were on the '90-91 cars.  The horns have been relocated to a
bracket within the front bumper
