[V8] PT vs. ABH intake

Well, I happen to have a 5-speed intake also -- still attached to the
motor, which is sitting on the garage floor. I'll try to get out there
tonight and remove it. Please let me know what and from where you get
for 4.2 measurements so I'll make sure to measure the same thing on the
3.6 manual.
