[V8] WOOD SHIFT KNOB

On some other quattros the wood under the leather was very nice.  Removed
leather, a little sanding and varnish and they look better than the
expensive after market ones.

No BTDT on the V8Q,  but I wouldn't be surprised if I found a nice
hardwood knob under the leather.
