[V8] Hydraulic system problem

Wow - that is a real stumper of a problem!
Any chance you got
some hose connections on wrong? I don't think it is possible, but just
thinking out loud.
Also, are you sure the belt tensioner is
working?
Two pumps doing the same thing says it is not the pump, and
it worked before you took off the old pump. That does not leave much...
