[V8] Windows

Now THOSE should fit.  the type 44 chassis went unchanged from 84 to
91 when the C4 came out.

The V8 was based on the type 44.  I don't know if it got its own
chassis designation, but the changes that were made for the V8 were
mostly in the chassis, i.e. strength and sound deadening.

About the only change to the door structure was the rear door wheel well flare.
