[V8] new radiator price?

I took my OEM one in and the guy promptly broke off the first couple of tabs 
for the end cap. He had warned me about that. Said some are made with 
flexible metal, some with brittle stuff. Anyhow, I'm curious how they add a 
core to an aluminum radiator. And, how do they find new endcaps?

I have had plenty of brass ones rebuilt through the years, and have had very 
good luck with them, though.
