[V8] Lanier's Timing Belt

Hi Lanier, I don't know if you've taken Kneales advice yet but you need
to. The first I'd ever heard of the Craftsman bolt outs was when I did
my timing belt and that very same bolt stripped. I thought I was as
doomed as doomed can be until the list turned me on to the bolt outs.
Once you use one you'll wonder how you ever got by without them. Good
