[V8] Is This FPR?

I have to throw in with Steve.  Sounds like you're talking about
residual pressure, which would be the check valve or even other
connections.  Do you have any weeping a fuel line junction points.

The check valve is in-line, screwed right into the top of the FP.  On
my previous 200, the check valve was loose in the FP and was letting
it leak down there.
