[V8] Bumper removal

There are two nuts on each outer flange and one on each inner flange of the bumper attachment point. The two inners are next to invisible and almost nobody reinstalls those when reinstalling the bumper.

Once you have those nuts off, you need to pull out on the trailing edge of the bumper plastic at the wheelwell to allow it to slide forward.

Follow the wiring of the blinker and marker lights, not the headlights, to where the coastal connector is. It may be on top of the passenger side frame rail. If you have the bumper cover part way off, you'll see. You also have to remove the headlight wiper arms.

Thanks to the folks who have sent suggestions, but now that I'm in there the world is a different place.
I have removed the #1 bolts as per bentley (4) but I do not see where the mystery bolts everyone mentions are located.
Needless to say the bumper doesn't budge even with a strikes from a deadblow so something else is holding it, what/where?
Second, do folks take to cover and bumper out together? It sure looks like there are 4 other bolts that hold the bumper frame to the bumper mounts, can I just remove these and take the frame off the mounts or do other remove the mounts (attached to the chassis) as well as per Bentley? Lastly I do not yet see any kostal connector near the pass side rail. All of the bumper lights have their own pigtail and I can't seem to trace them to a kostal.
