[V8] Bad MPG, O2 sensor?

Well, I was driving down the highway doing about 70 and my mpg started out 
at like 35, then started going down...down down down 'till it got to 
14.5.....and I'm still on the highway keeping a constant speed. By the time 
I got off the highway it was at 13.0 and kind of bottomed out there. I just 
recently replaced my fuel pump regulator, so I'm guessing it's my O2 sensor?
