[V8] Outter Cv joint compatability

Listers,
 Is the V8 outter CV joint a V8 only part?
I find that I need 2 outter CV jointsn (Auto) & I have
no more in my stockpile.

 Anyone have any...or know if any other Audi's use the
same joint?
