[V8] snow tire time...

interesting u bring this up.  i run RSi's and my brother runs W409's.  I
think the W409 rubber is slightly harder.  it does not seem to grip quite as
well as my RSi's.  both tires are one season old.  so no idea how long they
will last.  his car is nearly identical to mine is the suspension, and it
seems to handle slightly better to mine.  mine has more grip.  both r Cq's.
