[V8] overheating again

Heater core has (unless replaced with some Chinese piece) has plastic  
end caps.  Over time it can break down.  There is a heater valve as  
well, which is also plastic and can/will leak.

Let us know what you find.  Also, do check to make sure the fuse at  
driver's side fender under /in front of hydraulic reservoir is not  
cracked/broken (metal flat piece under small cover secured by two  
screws). Will prevent auxiliary fan from coming on with A/C on.
