[V8] No rear brake light wackyness

Yes, but I didn't unwrape the Blue tape....I wiggeled
it around a bit...but those wires don't go to the
brake lights...those wires travel on the sides of the
body work/wheel wells. I did make sure the ground
wires for the rear lights are tight & non caroded.

 HELP!!!!
