[V8] No rear brake light wackyness

[Ron Wainwright]

Ok just went to recheck the switches at the brake
pedal & I can't get the circuit tester too light up.
So have I found the found the problem?
 not difficult to swap out both switches...I just
would like to understand this before I go swapping
parts out.
