[V8] Replacing a 3.6 with a 4.2 - Any BTDT?

Hi Steve,

some people have experiences with swapping the engines at www.audiv8.com 
(they also have an English forum). It's not that easy 'cause of 
different wirings of the automatic transmission and the ECU, also based 
on the year of manufacturing. It you've a 3,6ltr engine built after the 
mid of '92 it could probably be easier. As the (automatic) transmission 
of the 3,6ltr. engine is only designed to resist 340Nm I'd propose to 
also exchange the transmission, otherwise it could become damaged by the 
400Nm of the 4,2ltr. engine. Even if you exchange both engine and 
transmission you'll most probably run into wiring troubles.
