[V8] NV8C - 95 A6 Trans Fluid - Help

1) Hot and running in park.
2) I would use Dextron III , but I would research to make sure.

I have a 95 A6 I'm selling - I told the buyer that I would do a trans
service - I have already done the filter and pan gasket now I have to
refill - two questions:
  1. Procedure?  Hot, Cold, running, not running, Drive, Park?
  2. Fluid - Dextron III?  Or something special?  

         Please help!
