[V8] Starter fixed! another problem now....

Try decarbonizing or decoking.  Look up GM top end cleaner or Seafoam in
the general Q archives.  I had this exact problem, ran GM Top End cleaner
through and problem disappeared (along with the mosquito population
within 1/2 mile-produces a bit of smoke.)
