[V8] Electrical gremlins2

Alright this is getting old,

So I have this issue with turnsignals not working when the headlights are
on.  I replaced the switch with one out of the parts car and no change.
What is next on the list of items to check?  Both the headlight on the
passenger's side and the turnsignal appear to be dimmer then the other side
of the car.  Am I looking at a fualty harness here?

I have to get this issue solved I do a lot of night driving since I'm in
class typically till after dark.  Any ideas would be great.  I Have the dash
pad out and the car apart so please help me out here.
